Theme: Tasks and Prospects of the Asia Pacific Center Proposal

Invitation: The Proposal Team for Asia Pacific Center will hold the Tokyo Symposium in which the most recent version of our proposal will be presented. Following the first 70 minutes of presentations from the key planning team members and the responses by several discussants, the last 60 minutes will be a “round table discussion” as an opportunity for all participants and discussants to freely comment on any aspect of the proposal. By reflecting on the proposal’s significance and its problem areas, the discussants, the proposal team members, and the symposium participants will identify the prospects for the proposal, the issues that require solution, and some suggested tasks to solidify the proposal and to secure financial support for its realization.

We sincerely hope that you will attend the symposium as well as the social gathering
